I watch youtube every morning while I eat breakfast and sometimes to wind down in the evening. So I thought I'd share five of my favorite youtubers.
1. Zoella! I think I've watched all her videos now, some of them more than once, like this one:
2. Meg from Ciaoobellaxo.
3. A fellow Canadian- Rachhloves
4. Gabby
5.EleventhGorgeous
There are many more but I find myself always checking for new videos from these five.
Who are your favorite youtubers?

Fall Decorating
Well folks, Fall is less than a month away now and September is in 3 days.
So in anticipation for Fall I'm reorganizing and decorating!
This is all the Fall stuff I've collected over the past year. And there's more in boxes but that's mostly baking things.
Starting from the left is a candy corn candle I got from Pier One, they're only a buck so I need to get more. It's probably the best smelling candle. In the back is a vase that I filled with plastic fall jewels from Michaels and then just some fake leave tucked in there. And an owl candle I found at HomeSense that I don't want to burn.
A few Bath and Body Works candles from a sale they had this summer, Autumn Day, Harvest Coffee and Pumpkin Cupcake.
This wooden pumpkin is from Michaels and the candle beside it is vanilla and it's from Homesense.
Here's a close up of the little pumpkin charm on the vanilla candle. I want to make a necklace out of it.
Some more Bath & Body Works candles (Pumpkin Apple, Farmstand Apple and a mini Autumn Day), the mini pumpkin candle holder is also from there.
I'm in the middle of trying to make some artwork for Fall but it's not going so well, so I'm sure I'll be making another trip to Michaels soon.
While all this has been going on I've been playing movies and tv shows that remind me of Fall like "Hocus Pocus", "Gilmore Girls" and "You've Got Mail".
I'm still working on tomorrows five but there will be one.
Enjoy the long weekend!

A Little Catching Up
I missed this Friday Five, next week's will be special then. Somehow.
It's been a stressful week.
I had to do some travel for work which makes for long days, my boyfriend and I each had a family member in the hospital, and my brother's place was broken in to.
And I'm generally just an anxious person, so there's that too.
I really wish I had more exciting things to share.
Boyfriend and I only get one day together and we don't do too much.
Our Sundays consist of me sleeping in, then maybe wandering the mall, and then we tend to lay in bed the rest of the day.
Today was more exciting though but I am exhausted now.
Boyfriend and I went to the diner to have breakfast, then his mom and I shopped for home decor/Fall stuff.
I only bought some stamps from Michaels, as I've been Fall shopping for a couple weeks now.
On my day off I'll try to get a haul post done.
I'd really like to start working out again, but I am so pooped lately.
I did find out my thyroid medication was a little too high, so that could be the reason for the no energy and more anxious than usual feeling.
Well, as the leaves start changing and the cooler air begins to take over I'm sure you'll see more pictures from me.
I just love Autumn.
Have a lovely week!

A Happy Me
Happy Sunday!
I've done something bad.
I logged onto Facebook.
You see, I avoid Facebook. It's a place that makes me feel bad about myself and what I've done with my life so far.
I have a good life, there are things I would like to happen that aren't happening at this current moment. There are places I would like to go to and Facebook makes me feel bad that I haven't gone to them yet.
I realize people have their bad days (sometimes on Facebook they let you know....a lot) but for the most part people show the happy moments of their lives on there.
I have seen quite a few weddings on Facebook (one that I was apart of and yes I did post those pictures), there have been incredible vacations and oh! most of those weddings are in other parts of the world. Babies have been born (not that I need a baby), houses bought etc
So here I am feeling bad about myself.
Why am I not married. Oh yeah, I'm not ready. I'm ready to be engaged, but not married.
Why am I not traveling to exotic places? Because I am cheap and I want a house too.
Why am I not fit like her? Because I'm working six days a week and it makes me far too tired to even think about exercising at the end of the day.
I've logged out of Facebook now and have come to do one of the things I love most, write.
Writing is relaxing and the sound of my fingers fluttering across the keyboard puts me at ease.
Simple things make me happy, I don't need a destination wedding (as nice as that would be).
I went to the store last week to buy nail polish, I was in such a good mood after that shopping trip...mind you I did end up buying 3 nail polishes. But it's just little things.
Boyfriend getting excited that I made him a sammich? Priceless.
Curling my hair, using my fancy new epilator and my parents bringing home Fruity Pebbles...all these little things make me happy.
Just wait until the leaves start changing color, then you'll really see a happy me :)

Friday Five (4)- Awesome Things
I really meant to blog another day this week and it just didn't happen.
I'm house/dog sitting for my parents so I've been playing housewife, which is a very tiring job, along with me working 6 days this week.
I've had a very exhausting, but a really good week at work. So I figured this weeks list will be Things That Made This Week Awesome!
1. I had a really good work week. I'm still a "new hire" but this week I just didn't feel as much of a newbie for some reason. It was wonderful and the people I worked with are amazing.
2. I cooked dinner every night and it turned out pretty delicious :)
3. It's cooled down this week and is starting to feel like Fall. It even smelled like Fall this morning.
4. It's pay day!
5. I started watching previous seasons of "New Girl" and "The Vampire Diaries" this week. Gearing up for Fall premieres! Oh and "Chasing Life" had it's finale this week, which I have yet to watch, so I'm excited!
Have a lovely weekend and hopefully I can get around to blogging more next week!

Friday Five(3)- Waiting For Autumn
I just noticed the Bath & Body Works site has mason jar candles on two for $20, so I know where I'm headed after work.
Anyways, I know it's August but it's slowly starting to cool off here and I am getting excited for Fall. At the same time I am so sad for Summer to end, it has been an amazing one and I don't want the long days to end!
Oh well, next Summer will be even better (I'm hoping for a holiday next year).
Today's list is five things I'm looking forward to this Fall.
1. Number one of course is Bath & Body Works candles everywhere
2. Making a pumpkin pie in my dish (similar to the one above from Pottery Barn) that I received for Christmas
3. Shopping at Michaels and HomeSense...or just anywhere that has Fall decor.
4. Hopefully moving out with my boyfriend (we're still looking for a place, but I'm hoping for September)
5. Tv shows! New Girl, 2 Broke Girls and of course, American Horror Story! I really hope this is a legitimate poster for the new season because it's so freaky looking, I love it.
What are you excited for this Fall?

Friday Five(2)- Dealing With Anxiety
Raise your hand if you suffer from anxiety.
Me, me, me!
I'm having a terrible anxiety day.
It started sometime around mid-morning and hasn't left since. Actually it's gotten worse.
I was going to do a post where I whine about it but instead I will share what I sometimes do when I'm having bad anxiety or what I will try.
Plus I just love lists!
Five Things I do to get rid of anxiety:
1. Have a glass of wine...or two
2. Watch youtube (this helps it at the time)
3. Take something like advil night time or gravol to help me sleep.
4. Ask significant other for a back rub (this doesn't always work)
5. Have another glass of wine
Five Things I should try to get rid of anxiety:
1. Start doing yoga again
2. Go for a run a couple hours before bed
3. Spends lots of money at Lush and enjoy a luxurious bath
4. Start writing in my journal again
5. Cut back the caffeine (but I love coffee!)
That's all folks! (Bonus points if you read that in a Porky Pig voice)
Have nice long weekend (if you're getting one)!
